The first 5 customers on each plan lock that discounted rate for as long as they stay subscribed — even after list prices go up. Setup packages are always full price. Once the 5 spots on a plan are gone, that plan returns to list price.
Because we don't sell empty software. Every account is built, branded, and configured for your industry before you get access — that's the whole point of LFG. The setup fee covers that build.
One menu group, page, funnel, or workflow change. On Scale, requests are unlimited under fair use — meaning a steady flow of real business needs, not a full rebuild every week.
Each plan includes a monthly usage credit ($25/$50/$100). Beyond that, texts, emails, phone numbers, and AI bill at published rates — roughly $0.016 per text, $0.004 per email, $3/mo per local number. Most customers never exceed their credit.
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans are paid up front and include two months free.
Yes — upgrade anytime and we'll prorate. If you're on a founders' rate, upgrading moves you to the founders' rate of the higher plan if spots remain.
